2020 Cadillac CT4

The 2020 Cadillac CT4 comes packed with style, luxury, and performance capabilities. For this mid-sized sedan, Cadillac adds some sporty features along with new updates to safety, security, and interior infotainment. Here's an overview of the features and specs of the 2020 Cadillac CT4.

The 2020 Cadillac CT4 is available in four trim levels, each with various configuration options to choose from. The four trims include the Luxury, Premium Luxury, the Sport, and the V Series. The Luxury is the CT4's base trim level and features standard 17-inch alloy wheels. The Premium Luxury, Sport, and CT4-V feature standard 18-inch alloy wheels with optional upgrades to 19-inch alloys. All trims except the V Series come with all-season tires. Additional highlights for the Sport and the CT4-V include a rear spoiler, rocker moldings, and neutral-density outer lenses on its taillights.

The engine for the 2020 CT4 comes in one standard configuration for the Luxury, Premium Luxury, and Sport: a 2.0-liter inline-four-cylinder engine capable of 237 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque. The CT4-V comes standard with Cadillac's Dual Volute 2.7-liter turbocharged inline-four-cylinder engine, while this is an option for the CT4 Premium Luxury trim. In the CT4-V, this engine puts out 325 horsepower and 380 pound-feet of torque, and in the Premium Luxury, it generates 310 horsepower and 350 pound-feet of torque.
The CT4's 2.0-liter engine comes standard with the eight-speed automatic transmission, but with the 2.7-liter, you can upgrade this to the 10-speed automatic with precision shifting.

The 2020 CT4 features some impressive acceleration and handling. With its 2.0-liter, the CT4 is responsive and quick. The CT4 has magnetic ride control, performance suspension, and traction management systems to offer a smooth, comfortable ride and handle tight curves well enough to eliminate body lean. You get five controls for the CT4's ride control and traction management: Sport, Race 1, Race 2, Dry, and Wet settings for all driving conditions you might encounter.
When you go with the standard 2.0-liter engine, you can expect an average fuel efficiency of 23 miles per gallon in the city and up to 34 miles per gallon on the highway. The 2.7-liter engine is only slightly less efficient with a rating of 20 miles per gallon in the city and 30 on the highway.

Standard features for the CT4 include keyless entry system and push-start, leather steering wheel, interior LED lighting with enhanced "stealth mode" lighting features, automatic dual-zone climate control, and leather upholstery. Tech upgrades for the 2020 lineup include an improved infotainment and connectivity suite with an 8-inch touch screen, voice recognition, steering controls, and the new Super Cruise hands-free driving technology system.

The CT4 also comes with a range of safety and security features including an ABS braking system with automatic emergency braking, stability control, and front-impact, side-impact, knee, and overhead airbags. The CT4 also comes standard with enhanced security features, including secure automatic locking and anti-theft alarm system. Other advanced safety features are available to upgrade, including lane-departure warning, pedestrian detection with automated braking, and adaptive cruise control.
