Uriah was great. My experience at the dealership overall was good but frustrating. I had been having issues with my battery/starter for a few weeks. The first time I took my car in, no issue with battery / starter was diagnosed and I was sent home with a laundry list of things wrong with my car that needed fixed.

I lost my only car key and needed a new one made. Service Advisor Uriah was so incredibly amazing. The service advisor, Marco Gonzalez, was excellent. He was knowledgeable, professional, efficient and explained everything that needed to be done in detail and so I could understand. I bought my Traverse here because of the service and I have not been disappointed.
After $5,489.51 in service charges for overheating, I'm finally told my cars engine is warped.
Dealership doesn’t know how to feel out paper work for DMV. Annoyingly have to wait longer for the dealership to get paper work back from dmv to correct to resend paperwork back to dmv. You would think a Chevy dealership would be able to fill out paperwork correctly for a vehicle registration.
Roberto was highly communicative about the status of my vehicle and provided excellent customer service.

It took three days to get an appointment. Most of the communications between the service department and myself were via texts; that personal touch is missing. Not like the old Medved days and their service department. However, I was kept informed on service needed, costs of repair and when the car service was completed. All that I needed; thanks. I appreciate the car was washed and vacuumed on pick-up. Repair costs were reasonable. I didn't want to leave the car overnight, but that is the "way it goes".
Did not show or go over inspection sheet just oil change and sent me on my way.

I had a dead battery, and brought the car in for diagnosis for a potentially bigger problem, nor simply a new battery. No appointment, but I was treated well, with good information about how the service dept. was going to proceed. I was offered a LYFT ride home and pickup the next day, which I thought was very excellent customer service.

Jeanine, Tony and Eric are all professional and friendly. This was my fourth time bringing my car in for the same issue. I’m waiting to see if this most recent fix worked or not. If it does work I feel like maybe some of the other repairs were unnecessary.
It was good overall, and I genuinely appreciated the experience enough to share this brief review.
Bought a set of Michelin tires and one or more of the tires is out of balance at highway speeds.
Had vehicle in for an oil change and scheduled maintenance. Service was timely. Work was done right and drop off and pick up were efficient and convenient.
My Silverado was scheduled for service related to a couple of potential warranty issues. One issue was not able to be replicated by the service tech. The tech continued to attempt update downloads. Due to this, the vehicle needed to be kept for 6 days. Uriah kept me informed along the way and I understood the issues and reason for needing to keep the vehicle for an extended time. Updates seem to have solved the issue. Thank you to Uriah and the tech for taking care of the issues.
Great people to work with, very fair and easy to work with. Suggest that they allow remote signing like a few other dealerships do now; would dramatically improve the paperwork experience and wait times....'death by a thousand paper cuts'...Will buy from them again.

Everyone was very pleasant, good service, and my car was finished timely. I really appreciated the ,Lyft’ too and from my work place.
I had a few issues with my car when going in for service. I had to pick up my car from the side lot as it was after hours. My technician said everything was fixed…. It was not which is disappointing since I live two hours away and it’s a full day commitment to come down. I messaged the technician the day after telling him it wasn’t fixed and never heard back from him.

I appreciate being able to get an oil change on a Saturday because I use this vehicle for work Monday - Friday. However, after picking up the van Saturday morning, I had to then cancel my afternoon plans to take the van back because there was a puddle of oil in my driveway under the vehicle. Apparently the tech spilt oil and did not clean up under my engine bay. But there was a lot of oil so I think the filter was not tight. Anyway, it was a major inconvenience and I’m pretty dissatisfied with the service!

I was pleased with their customer service. They worked really hard to get us into the exact vehicle we wanted.
Fabian provided the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. His knowledge of the car and how to operate all the features that the car has was great. The finance department was fast and efficient and had me in and out within 45 minutes. Total time spent from beginning to end at Foundation Chevrolet was 1 hour and 45 minutes and I was driving off the lot with my new car. I would encourage anyone to buy a new or used vehicle from them.
